Tips for relaxed girls








 I have always mentioned on my blog that all hair grows and its a fact unless proven otherwise by health conditions. Some certain practices make our hair not grow thus i must stress again is the importance of this blog to have healthy hair.

I have some few pointers from the many ladies i helped with their relaxed hair journeys;

1. Stretch your relaxers.
 I know keeping two textures is a pain but if you want to see that growth you need to limit the times you relax your hair. For example if you relax your hair every month make it to after 3 month or if that is too much do it after 2.




2. Relax only the roots.
A hack i can give you is too apply vaseline on the already relaxed hair to prevent the relaxer from processing your relaxed ends. Then proceed with relaxing the new growth, this will also leave the hair with some body.

3. Trim your ends.
There is no point of keeping your split ends for extra length, it leads to further tearing of the hair then breakage.

4. Build a regimen.
This will help you know what you putting in your hair and also will yield benefits of healthy hair which we all want.

5. Deep conditioning.
It is important that you deep condition the hair every time you wash it, be it a protein or moisturising deep conditioning treatment, this makes your hair manageable and soft thus growing it.
